How can you produce premium aquarium foods for perfect fish health and longevity without knowledge and understanding of what fish require in nature? Our research in the locations of Irian Jaya, Lake Malawi in Africa, the mountains of Guiana, in the Indian Ocean, jungle research in Southeast Asia and the Holly River of Ayeyawady reveal to us many secrets of the fish environment, the reasons for their health, coloration and longevity.

Our reputation is so strong and creative activity so diverse that Hikari was approached by NASA to create a special feed for the space shuttle mission for fish experiments.
